Shipping
Currently, we only ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items, including a pre-order item, all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available. If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.
Pre-orders
A pre-order item means that it hasn't been released yet or is not currently in stock. It allows you to have access to the item at its earliest possible availability.
We will specify if it's pre-order item in the product title or with an earliest estimated arrival date in the description.
They're shipped as soon as we have them available.
We try our best to update the estimated arrival dates on our products regularly. Any shipping dates provided by our vendors are approximate and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
As fellow collectors, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged item and we always make sure to ship all boxes in the best condition.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Please contact us through e-mail at info@sugeepr.com and include a photo of the damaged item.
We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sugeepr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
